HIGH-END FINISHES.
EVERYDAY MATERIALS.
NO EXTRA COST!
WHY CSS?

DISTRIBUTION
COMPRESSION
We cut out the "middle man" by removing unnecessary steps in manufacturing, distribution and construction to provide a seamless experience.

HIGH QUALITY
MATERIALS
Our materials are made in the same factories that sell to Lowe's, Restoration Hardware, West Elm and other high-end furniture and construction materials retailers across the U.S.

EVERYDAY
CONSTRUCTION
MATERIALS
We now sell everyday construction materials like lumber, roofing supplies, domestic doors, rebar and flooring for any home or commercial building. Most of these materials are domestically supplied.

25+ YEARS INTERNATIONAL
BUSINESS
We have developed strategic business relationships with contacts in both China and Vietnam to expand and enhance inventory. High-end quality for a cost-efficient price!
WHO WE ARE
As a construction materials vendor, we strive to source higher quality products at a lower overall cost. Many construction finish materials, like those at Lowe's and Home Depot, are sourced from overseas. However, the problem that these larger corporations face is that their average products has changed hands in an inefficient distribution system an average of FOUR times.

We only bring in products and materials that are already being imported into the U.S. Cutting out the "middle man" empowers us to be able to bring in higher quality inventory for not only our own projects, but also for fellow customers. This includes multifamily, office and single family constructions.

This process is made possible by 25+ years of international business relationships fostered by our CEO, Kevin Jordan, through adoption and related initiatives. A portion of all profits from these operations goes to support orphanages and human trafficking rescue resources in both China and Vietnam.

As we have supplied high quality finish materials to our many customers, they have asked us if we can also supply the "normal" materials that they also need in all of their commercial and residential products. The answer is YES! These include not only the big components like lumber, roofing, rebar, drywall, etc. but also some of the more common products such as doors, trim and plumbing and electrical components.
